Reservation and cancellation policy:
We collect the 30% prepayment to reserve your booking.

The remaining amount of 70% can be paid upon arrival.

 
Cancellation received 30 days before the date of arrival - the amount of the prepayment will be fully returned.
Cancellation received 15 days before the date of arrival - a charge of 1 night’s stay will be imposed.
Cancellation with less than 15 days before arrival - the prepayment is non-refundable.

Check-in time: 16.00-22.00
Check-out time: before 12.00

The rates listed below are the prices for the house. 
Wifi, bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Low season: November - March  
Per night - 95 euros
Per week - 600 euros

Moderate season: October and April 
Per night - 110 euros 
Per week - 700 euros

High season: May and September 
Per night - 130 euros
Per week - 800 euros

Summer season: June, July, August
Per night - 160 euros
Per week - 1000 euros
